When I lived in Portland a couple of the areas my friends and I used as tracks were Cumberland Ave. to the Casco Bay Pier,Casco Bay Pier to King Middle School,Cumberland Ave. to Deering High School or from Cumberland Ave. all the way to Westbrook. We never really set up a track its self we just picked a destination and we left it up to our selfs to find the quickest way there.
