The 26" Mongoose XR250 is built to take whatever you and Mother Nature
can dish out. The full-suspension aluminum frame is lightweight and
easy to maneuver. A 21-speed Shimano drivetrain ensures smooth shifting
on any terrain.(THIS INFO IS FROM THE INTERNET)

In my own opinion I would only sugest the mongoose xr 250 to people who are just starting to moutain bike because it can be a pain to fix and make sure everything is up and running right so far the problems i have had with it is the chain keeps falling off, the gears sometimes dont work right and the breaks go to hell after a while but then again what bike doesn't fall apart after a couple of years but that was all in my first year of owning the bike but i still sugest the bike to new comers of the sport i am currently in the prosess of saveing up my money and getting a top of the line mongoose because i only saport mongoose as the top of the line bikeing company they seem to know what the consumer wants and how to put it out there
